The Stingray Service Team ensures that Stingray system users get regular on-site maintenance and that the Stingray software is kept up to date. The node comes with a 4-year service and support agreement, which can be extended. The service agreement includes installation, service at regular intervals, spare parts, reports with service details and training in using the Stingray system. The customer portal Stingray Online gives quick access to reports and relevant information from the pens.
Stingray monitors all installations from the control centre at its Oslo headquarters.
